pav888 permits onlyone account per Player. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

Registration is completed via the pav888 website. Players must supply a valid username, a secure password, and current contact details including a valid mobile number and email address. All information provided must be accurate and must match the Player's official identification documents.

4.1 Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pav888 strongly recommends:

• Using a unique password not used for any other service or website.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Logging out of sessions on shared or public devices.
• Never sharing account credentials with any third party.

pav888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security. Players must notify pav888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of account security.

4.2 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal from any account. 4.3 Account Name Consistency

The name on your pav888 account must exactly match the name on your registered payment method(s) and identity documentation. Mismatches will result in withdrawal holds until discrepancies are resolved. pav888 will not process payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.3 Referral Programme

• Detection of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Underage gambling or falsification of age information.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements, court orders, or law enforcement requests.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the Player.

Upon account termination for cause, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money balances may be returned at pav888's discretion following completion of any investigation. Where account closure is initiated by the Player (voluntary closure), the Player's remaining Real Money balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard KYC and verification procedures.

• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside of pav888's direct control.
• Any losses resulting from a Player's account being accessed by an unauthorised third party where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by pav888's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where pav888 is found liable for any loss, its aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by that Player into their account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pav888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pav888 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the website prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

The version date appearing at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10 above.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pav888's operating entity is incorporated, as determined by its applicable international gaming licence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution designated by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. The language of proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests pending resolution of a dispute.
